Theodore Kabwe needs to be fired/disciplined

I spoke to young Mr. Kabwe in relation to an account related issue earlier in the month and when I returned earlier today I found his attitude and service outright abhorrant. he was incredibly rude and unhelpful and was not even willing to further my account query. my solution is either a full disciplinary process or immediate dismisalr as his behaviour is very damaging to the reputation of this fine telecommunications service. my complaint is lodged directly against him. not vodaworld. I found the rest of the staff pleasant and my issue was resolved. Theodore Kabwe is a massive liability as an employee and needs yo be dealt with immediately.<br>
