I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Thembi from Vodacom for the outstanding support she provided.

She has been assisting me with my query since March, and throughout this entire process, she remained consistent, professional, and committed. My issue involved Vodacom providing me with a router that did not match the speed I was paying for, and Thembi ensured that the matter was followed through until it was fully resolved.
