Wish I could give 0 stars. Honestly the worst service provider
In January I tried making contact to pay up my accounts entirely. That on its own was absolutely painful. Eventually got the correct details and paid . Was then told by a woman that I would have to pay another invoice for January (which was not explained in the beginning) which I did. I sent proof and was sent a confirmation via email from her that it was all settled.
Last day of the month my account was debited yet again. When I complained on social media they told me they would pay the funds back to my account- WHICH SHOULDNT EXIST!!!!!
Yesterday I received a statement saying I owe them another 2000. This is ABSOLUTE **************** and I refuse to stand for it! Will be going to lawyers as this incompetence and theft is appalling

On the calls I EXPLICITLY state they must all be quoted to be cancelled. Please go listen to the recordings of calls. I have emailed proof that i was told many times that my account would be paid up to the only man and his team who are even willing to help me - Vusi and Luthando Jiya. The only people who even attempted to assist me . That number was never mentioned or even quoted! Multiple times I asked are u sure this is all that must be paid? To which I received the affirmative response. This is honestly shocking revolting service vodacom. I cried from shock now when I heard there was yet another number . Honestly shaken to my core - I have never ever been treated this way as a consumer . I will take this to the cpa and ombudsman - this whole sage goes completely against cpa regulations. You cannot treat customers this way .
