Their sales department is an absolute disappointment
Their sales department is an absolute disappointment. My new line was approved, delivery address confirmed and I have already been invoiced for the new line and then Vodacom retrieves the product without explanation or confirmation. All this over a span of 2 weeks waiting!?

I have been informed hours ago that a Vodacom manager will phone me immediately to confirm and continue the service, I am still waiting with no reply or correspondence, reference number or any detail referring to my case? Why Vodacom, are there just too many fish in the sea? Why is your overall score so LOW? "TOP" product company, TOP failure for sure.
