THEFT OF AIRTIME VODACOM COMPLICIT

Services unsubscribed and yet fees still being deducted from air time. What will happen once airtime is finished? Resolve ASAP and refund me what has been taken without my permssion. Ref ***. Theft of money is not a civil matter. I will escalate if the matter is not attended to and it will be great to receive a call from a Vodacom agent to advise why my fees are still being deducted despite the services being suspended.
