Theft - Charging for cancelled services

I canceled my insurance services in January this year and despite numerous calls to Vodacom, they are still charging me. They have debited over R630 and I am due to pay another R214 this month.

Despite promising me they have canceled the insurance and will credit my account (I have spent hours on the phone over the last three months with call center agents), they have not done so and I now feel that Vodacom are openly *****ing from me.

After 7 years of being a client, all I want is to leave Vodacom and never look back, however, I don't want to lose the money they are *******ly debiting from me (probably 8 months worth of contract fees).

Reviewer Update

Good Day,

I dealt with a very good agent to ensure this was sorted out and he assured me that it would be. Further, I was provided a credit for the value that I had already paid. However, upon reviewing my latest invoices, debits are still being made for insurance against the credit that has been posted into my account.

Please assist urgently, this is extremely frustrating!

Regards,

Rory
