Theft

I have bought 10 sim cards over the past month to be exact started on 23 March 2022. Due to vodacom blocking the prepaid cards I have bought these cards at different times from a vodacom shop in Meyersdal they ricad on my name. I load airtime and data and within 24 hours vodacom blocks the cards and your money that you loaded is gone cannot be refunded. This has cost me 10 times each time a card is bought and data and airtime loaded they block the card and refuse to refund what one loaded. The vodacom shop in Meyersdal say that can't help. And vodacom in midrand can't help they say just buy another card In he last month I have I have lost over R3000 in airtime and data used on the 10 prepaid cards. Well I should not say lost Vodacom stole the money!
