Theft by Vodacom of paid for service

I upgraded my phone on 2 January and had to switch to a different package, since I was on Blackberry and moved to Samsung. Firstly, I couldn't make use of my existing package any more during January, since I had a new phone, but the new package would only kick in on 1 Feb. Thus I lost that service which I paid for. At the end of Jan I had about 300 mins left on my package. Come 1 Feb, all of this was gone. Phone Vodacom, they said I forfeit it because I switched packages! That's theft! I paid for it, so how can they take it away?

Also, I bought 3 GB data in January. At end of Jan I still had about 600-700 MB left, but it just suddenly disappeared. They can't answer me.

When I phoned to solve this, I spent 55 mins on the phone with 2 different people, only to have the phone put down in my ear and no answers.

And so Vodacom just *****s without anyone being able to touch them.
