Theft by Vodacom

I am having money ****** from me every month by Vodacom. They sold me a data contract which I was told and I confirmed with the sales guy that I would be able to transfer the data to my other Vodacom numbers, only to find out that this isn't true. I cancelled the contract on the same day that I got the sim card. I phoned back on numerous occasions to try and get confirmation via SMS or email that the contract had been cancelled. I did get one SMS back stating the contract had been cancelled but not that I would be refunded. Every time I phoned the consultant would check and tell me that I would get a refund on my next statement and reassured me that the contract was cancelled.

I have just seen the contract amount go off my bank account for the third month in a row. I have no use for this data and have not used a single byte of the data that I am paying for every month.
