Theft by Vodacom

I enquired to change a contract to a pay-as -you and was told to contact their call centre a month in advance to arrange the change, which I did. I was then informed that the contract will change on 20 June and that I need to simply re-activate teh sim on the day, which I did. Just to find out that Vodacom stole the balance of the airtime that I bought the previous week as well as the data-bundel I bough the previous week - all to the value of R500. On enquire I was told this is their practice and I had to live with it. You are also unable to speak to any manager as they are seemingly always attending a meeting. I will be opening a case of theft at the police station as it seems this is the only way to contact Vodacom.
