Theft
Very simply. There was a double deduction. After 6 days of back and forth with hours on the phone to the collections department and multiple emails to ********** and ********** with the required reference numbers, POP and bank statements. I still have not received a word from Vodacom.
Every time the collections personnel try to convince me that I must just let it go and "understand". However, whenever they get boxed into a corner where they have to openly admit that it is wrong, they either drop the line, tell me that they can't send me the details over SMS or they just transfer me back to the standard call center.
This is simply theft and I am now tired. I have engaged you on email, phone and facebook. No answers, and still my money sits in your coffers. This is my last attempt at amenable resolution before heading off to SAPS to open a case of theft.
If you do somehow respond here, please do not give me some generic email address to send my details to. Send me a trained managers email or contact number that I can engage directly with to resolve my problem with the urgency that my missing money deserves.
Thanks. Callan
