Theft

I have two contracts with vodacom, R89 each, after numerous calls they still deduct R201 each month. How does your calculations work??? Apparently your walk in stores does not assist with this matter and I'm told to phone in which is of absolute no help as they still deduct the same amount. Phones yesterday to get a quote for premature cancelation, was put on hold for more than 20mins because "system is slow". Finally lady response telling me she will email the quote to me, I asked for her to explain it to me over the phone in case I have any questions. Mind you I took out both contracts on the same day but somehow it is R175 more to cancel the one contract, on asking how this is possible the lady helping me answers: "I don't know, the system gives out information" and I was asked to hold again and then call ended without further assistance. I then phoned back and second lady who assisted actually tried to figure out why I have to pay more for the one contract than the other when it is exactly the same. She also could not give me an answer. So, I'm fed up with vodacom and all I want to do is terminate my contract but seems even this is an issue.
