THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER !!!!

After i posted about vodacom being absolutely the worst provider ever , having the network router delivers and people installing cables but didn't connect my router then had to call out again to connect it then i had to call them again to set up the correct internet speed ... after all that trouble in the first month they rep**** to my post saying they will contact me immediately and sort it out, yes that was a few days ago and still waiting for there response... then not only that my wifi is R800 a month but they send me an invoice for R1232 the month that i have to pay in “prorate” for the first month when i didn't even use the wifi as they did a **** job installing ... and that after their sales guy said “the first month is free” ... Vodacom is THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER !!! would recommend you use any other provider then vodacom ... they cant even give you a manager email adres or number too call cause they are just a bunch of idiots !!!
