The Worst service provider by far for me.

Good day I’m absolutely disgusted with the incorrect billing of this company , I’ve been handed over to attorneys and received a letter from them today whereas my account is up to date and I have R0.00 arrears. I contacted the attorneys to discuss this , they advised me to contact vodacom to get a paid up letter , when I contacted vodacom the consulted insisted that she cannot do anything as the account has been handed over and I should contact the attorneys . Really what bull**** is this. They are really giving me the run around and this is affecting my credit negatively.

I would never recommend anyone to take a contract with vodacom or use there service.
