The worst service provider!

Since 20/04/2016, I have been trying to get a copy of my contract emailed to me by Vodacom. The store I had my contract renewed in Canal Walk (data store) has since closed. I have been to both the other Vodacom stores in Canal Walk, only to be sent between the 2 and then sent away. I have made numerous calls to the contact centre to get help. I have had back and forth emails from the admin department and I still do not have a copy of my contract. I also had to send a lengthy email about the incident and was promised a resolution within 7-14 days from then - this was 3 weeks ago. What is so difficult about sending me an email containing a copy of my contract? How come your store and contact centre staff are so ***********??? On 2 occassions, while I was on the phone with a contact centre agent, they actually pretended that they couldn't hear me probably hoping I'd drop the call. The service (OR ABSOLUTE LACK THEREOF) I have received from Vodacom employees has been putrid - I am really shocked at the lack of professionalism!!! I have absolutely no idea what more I need to do to have my simple request filled. All I need is a copy of my contract emailed to me - Can nobody at Vodacom do this????

I still do not have resolution to this query! I was contacted by a consultant named Luigi who seemed to be working to a resolution until he referred me to a Vodacom store (which I realised I had already been to and was sent away). Luigi also informed me that the store that closed did not submit documentation to Vodacom - how is this even possible? This is ridiculous!!! I am yet to receive a reply to my last email to Luigi that was sent on 8 July:
Hi Luigi,
I've gone into Vodacom stores 4 times (more as I was sent between the 2 as well), called the contact centre a dozen times, sent a dozen emails, went to the Canal Walk Samsung Store and called the SmartCare centre twice - all in an effort to sort it out myself since April. I think you can agree that I have made enough effort to try and get this query resolved.
Please liaise with the store in question and email the copy of my contract to me as soon as possible.
If you would prefer to send me a letter, please confirm what information Samsung requires for said letter and forward it to me. I don't want to get to their offices, only to discover that what I have is not sufficient for repairs under warranty. From my side, I would like it to state that my phone was damaged 2-3 months ago - I went to a store 2 days after my phone was damaged and my request to Vodacom should be a reasonable and simple one. Not one that has no resolution in 2-3 months.
Your customers shouldn't have to bear consequences when your stores close. If you can provide documents from 2010, surely you can do the same for documents from 2014 regardless.

I'd like to take my phone in this weekend, so please if you could provide quick resolution to enable that, I would be very grateful. The SmartCare Centre in Century City closes at 2pm on a Saturday.
Thanks,
Ilana.
