THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

It is not to my surprise that I would be treated like nothing after approaching the Vodacom cancellations department as well as visitng the Vodacom V&A Waterfront Branch with the intention of cancelling and paying for two premature cancellations, both large amounts. So here goes. I first contacted the cancellations department who advised me to visit the closest store as they will assist me, thinking why would you have a cancellations department, should you not be able to help me? I then went to the Vodacom store in the V&A Waterfront where they told me to contac the cancellations department (now already I am upset). I stayed in the mall and contacted the cancellations department who then said, with an arrogant tone of yes, yes we can send you the cancellation documents, but why do you want to cancel, my face is now red and blood is boiling. I received the emails and sent to the customer assistant who was helping me, he printed the documents, i paid for the cancellations and asked the consultant if I need to do anything else and he advised "NO" and that he will send the documents to the cancellations department so they can sort it out. Two weeks later my gut told to follow up, something a customer should never do, and low and behold, the cancellations department told me they can see the money I paid that is reflecting but the do not know what to do with it as there is no documentation to go with it. At this point i felt like cancelling every contract I have with vodacom. I then contacted the store again and spoke to the consultant who helped me and he said he will check and call me back. 4 hours passed and he has not called me back. i then called hi amd his reply was "sorry i forgot to take down your number, but you emailed me the cancellation documents so why dont you send it to the cancellations department" I was like is this consultant really asking me to do this. He was the one that said i should not worry and now I am worrying. If this is the kind of people employed to help i am shocked. i then emailed the documents through to the cancellations department and no reply for a week. I then followed up, again, with another email and the consultant rep**** to me asking the for the documents i have already sent - where did that email i have sent the forst time go and is it being read, deleted, put in spam, just ignored or what is done with those emails? i then got a call from my wife saying that she received a message from Vodacom saying that there is a credit note for my account that has been processed. i then called the cancellations department and half way through explainin =g my story the consultant drop the call on me. this is now going on for two months and i am now furious and now really willing to cancel everything i have with Vodacom and i will confirm with everyone i know about this appauling service.

Good day,
Please note that my quesry has now been escalted to top management and Directorship at Vodacom. After a while of logging this COMPLAINT i received a call from a cosnsultant who told me that I will be refunded for the amount that was not supposed to be deducted for last month (June) and to date, nothing has been refunded. With no surprise at all, basically, the same amount has been deducted this month. I have spent over R7000 to have two of my contracts cancelled and if this is not sorted out by today and if I am not refunded for last month and this month by tomorrow it is a gaurantee that all the corresopndece including these reviews will be escalated.
The qaulity of service I am now receiving is beyond appauling and now willing to cancel the other contracts I have with Vodacom, post all these correspondence and change nextworks.
I mean, if i am told by a consultant that all is sorted, why am I continuosly having to follow to errors made.
Now beyond upset and frustrated.
