The WORST service I have ever came across, none other the VODACOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I had issues with VODACOM a while ago regarding a change of ownership and double paying and so forth, still not sorted out 100%. Last week I spent more the 45min on the phone Wanting to Cancel my contract they then convenced me to stay with VODACOM and offered me a deal that was exactly what I needed. I told the operator to mail me all the details but to still go ahead with the upgrade. Ive requested 2 callbacks this week and nothing happend from that. Today more then a week ago still no email still no call backs I phoned them to find out what is going on, the operator then tells me that theres is absolutly no order on my number and no record of me speaking to someone from VODACOM, This is easily the worst service from any network ive ever dealt with. </p>
