The worst service ever they dont care about their clients

This is the worst service ever i ordered an upgrade phone and waited for almost two months no stock had to phone vodacom twice and then my order is canceled by the courier company Ram and send back to Vodacom and now i have to wait for 7 working days before i can reapply for the 2nd time . i spoke to Ram Couriers they tell me one story and then i spoke to very rude person at vodacom and it is a other story im very disappointed in both companies Ram said they will deliver today and then i hear that my order has been canceled by Ram and send back to Vodacom
