The worst service and customer service ever!

The worst !!!

I have a vumatel fibre and the ISP is vodacom. Vuma LOS has been red since i paid on the24th April so basically i paid and did not even connect one !! Vuma informed me they will not be sending a Technician because they no longer come to my area. Whats funny is they tried deducting money from my account again instead of fixing this issue I want my money back from Vodacom and cancel this wifi. The agents are sending me around they all do not know what to do . i have been calling since then and wasting my airtime I am so frustrated.
