The worst network in SA

I buy data on a weekly bases. For the past month I bought 7days data. both times it was 100MB. I then start using the data. Both times the same thing is happening. I dont get notified by the network that my data is running out, then it goes through my airtime. This time I lost R60 worth of airtime, last time it was +-R40 airtime. When I buy the 30days data I get notified. What kind of network that wants its subscribers to spend too much. Now I had to go and spend R29 airtime I didnt budget for. Maybe its time to try new networks. I have been using Vodacom since 1999 and my current sim since 2005. Time for me to shop around. This is not the 1st time this is happening to me, last year I was using BIS and still loosing airtime, it seems the same thing has started again. This is too much Vodacom, your abusing me. Solve this problem and I want my airtime back.

Got a call from Dan at Vodacom. He explained to me how to avoid loosing my data. This opened my eyes in another level. I thought I knew everything. I did get my request acknoledged, Thank you Dan from Vodacom. I learned something new today. I'm gonna use it to save myself a headache next time starting today.
