The worst network ever

I'm super disappointed that the only time Vodacom actually takes me serious and listens to my concerns is through terrible reviews that 1 star was supposed to not even be a star. Their call center agents are so ready to defend and never actually listen to the complaint at hand I've even taken my services elsewhere dus to their lack of proper communication.
