The Worst Managed "Service"

Firstly, the Call Centre is designed to make you lose patience and give up. Vodacom have had so many complaints regarding this but insist on having you deal with 6 different departments before you can get a straight answer, any asnswer out of anyone. 9/10 they are wrong , uninformed or the call just gets "dropped"... Yeah right, everytime?

I have a data contact with Vodacom. I enquired as to my account balance as I could see I had overpaid them. I wanted to find out the status of my contract so I could cancel it when it came to an end. I was told my Contact only ended in November 2017 and if I wanted to cancel it, I would be finded fo rthe remaining Months (Calls are recorded Vodacom, go look them up, I spoke to Webster and Douglas in Cancellations and Upgrades) . I thought about it and realised the date couldnt be right as I know the contracts are 24 months and it was just after my birthday that I got it. I called again and was sent from pillar to post again, call droppped. Called again, then got told the real story. Oh but this has expired in April (after I started fllowing up) and becasue you didnt say you didnt want to upgrade you are now on a month to month. So , Vodacom decided to renew my contact without consent and then LIE to me so they didnt have to pay me back the money I overpaid. I have had it with Vodacm, they ***** blatently.... Data costs, contracts that just roll over............and then want to rely on their terms and conditions but the provide NO SERVICE, I don't want their data, I want my money back. I want them to beheld responsible, they get away with this all the time and hard working people get **********. Its bad buisness and poor Corporate Goverance. NO ethics, NO morals and NO standards.
