THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MOBILE PHONES

I have got insurance for more than 20 jrs with Vodacom and this just beats me ! Just 2 days before the lock down started my mobile phone got ****** and now its months later and I am still waiting !!!! I have been to there Vodacom shop at Century City 2 x and they said they will come back to me and now it going for 2 weeks later and the don't get back to me and it impossible to get the insurance of Vodacom on there telephone no !!!!! There service is pathetic and I want to warn people not to use Vodacom insurance at all !!!!!!!
