The worst in resolving anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 months later still no resolution and same problem as before!!!!! USELESS!!

Dear Vodacom

You should be awarded the most pathetic and useless award at resolving queries !! You should really apply for this award as you would win this hands down!!!

Why o why do you have service consultants ?? And what service do they actually give you as a client?

Well high blood pressure, incompetence , can never resolve your query and always have to forward it somewhere else, give you enormous amount of aggravation and half the time not even sure what you are talking about.

I have been at this with you VODACOM since August we are now in December ........hey and guess what YOU STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED ANYTHING just more BS!!!!!

One would think that seeing as I have been a client since early 90's till now , who knows why?????.....That you would look after your longstanding loyal customers .,......but NO!!!! Vodacom couldn't be bothered. Seems as the years have gone on you have just gotten worse and worse......hence you should get that award for the most pathetic customer service ever.

Considering I now have 4 contracts with you.....which by the way they are all coming up for renewal in January .....BUT NO I am not that stupid to renew all 4 again I would rather CLOSE all 4 as it seems you are *********** to resolve anything.

After my last attempt with YOU VODACOM and being on the phone with your consultant 1 hour 36 mins and 25 seconds , yes go and retrieve the call and see,.....I have no idea where i got the patients to stay on the phone that long but thought hey at least this one says he is attempting to resolve it so I will just stay on the line.

SO your consultant logs 4 queries to your technical team , as it should as your consultants really cant do anything or resolve anything , I guess you just put them in the firing line to take all the abuse as you keep the culprits for stuffing up everything safely away from interacting with clients.

SO after my LOOOOOOONG conversation and his assurance it will be resolved this time round and I would receive feedback in 48 hours !!! Yes indeed 48 hours later....hahahaha thats funny ,....anyway so I lived in hope.

On the 11th of November I receive the following sms.........I acknowledge receipt of your query which has been escalated to our Support Team for further review once feedback becomes available this will be communicated . Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Ettienne Smit....

Now please ESCALATED ???? Really from 11 November ...today is 6 DECEMBER almost a month later and still nothing from you just BS!!!!!! some escalation process that is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And in the interim ....o do not miss a payment...if you do we will just cut your line.....so I have to keep paying to have "SERVICE" from my "SERVICE PROVIDER" but what service are you giving me exactly ??? mmmmmmmmmm??????

I do not have the energy nor the patients to phone your call center again as I am afraid I may not make my December holidays due to my blood pressure skyrocketing through the roof and I really would like to have a December Holiday and not be in hospital due to having an Aneurism ......

Not that anything will happen with this message of mine as you don't really care and couldn't be bothered but at least it is an outlet for me to get rid if my frustrations with you and share it with my fellow South African's to warn them to stay away from you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a fantastic day!
