The worst customer service yet & dismissive manager

I'm appalled by the service I recently received at the Vodacom store in Gateway, Durban. They sold me a faulty glass screen protector, which the manager refused to refund me for, saying, with the utmost nonchalance, that he would lose money if he did.

As a customer, I've never been told that I cannot get what I am paying for because the store or manager would lose money. This is unacceptable!

This manager was dismissive and had no time for me. I went back another day to speak with the manager, and the manager who was there didn't have time to see me so I had to leave.

There's clearly an issue with management and customer service at Vodacom, the polar opposite of what I've experienced at Cell C and other service providers - pull up your socks!

I just want my screen protector exchanged or I want a refund and I'll go get it somewhere else because Vodacom clearly doesn't care about making their customers happy.
