The worst customer service

This is very unprofessional of Vodacom. This account is settled in full on Monday 18 October 2021 and have not requested a paid up letter and was told to wait 24 to 48 hours after I told your agents the importance of this paid up letter. I am trying to buy a house and can't get the house cause the bank is awaiting the paid up letter from you Vodacom you are ruining my future and my family's future I have till 9am today 22 October 2021 to give the bank the paid up letter. If I don't give the bank this paid up letter today before 9am I will lose the house. In this hard time of covid 19 you making it even harder. I will go out of my way to the ombardsmans and as far as cartblance to Make a point. So kindly a sent me the paid up letter NOW. Cause it's past the recommended 24 to 48 hours. Your call centers is not helpful this have been so called escalating over 4 times and still have not received the paid up letter. Stop destroying people's life's and assist me in this urgent matter.
