The worst company to exist! Daylight *****

Pure *****! Disgusting, thrifts!! I’m taking this to the Consumer Protection act & involving a lawyer.

Vodacom Cavendish (& The whole company)

1. The manager at Vodacome cavendish is a disgusting, arrogant person who told me that he is “Head office” when I asked to speak with them as he has made me run around for a week now. Name: Steve Mynhardt.

2. Vodacom has told me one thing then changed there minds a few days latter yo once again disappoint and blame their customers for a mess they created.

3. I have been incorrect charged! ******! Vodacome owes me money and now are making excuses for everything.

4. I was told they see the problem and will correct it which they did, then a week later got a call saying they made another mistake and I owe them money and that my monthly amount has gone from R350 to R400.

5. Vodacom Manager, Steve Mynhardt told me he will reverse my contract and cancel at no charge as this is a Vodacom mistake. And three days later another call saying i must just deal with this and pay R400pm.

You are disgusting, and honestly the worst company to exist! Your morals are purely money driven and have no respect for your customers.
