THE WORST CELLULAR NETWORK TO EXIST IN THE REPUBLI
Time and time again Vodacom has proven to be the worst cellular network provider.
Somehow their internal system did not pick up that they gracefully deducted money from my account, it went onto lock my Mother's device. So much so, no one at Vodacom Wonderpark is able to unlock her phone.
The kicker!!!! Her phone has to go in for repairs for this nonsense. Vodacom???? Like make it make sense?!

I would like to clarify that I was NOT assisted by the consultant you mentioned would call me.
Instead, I was helped by a consultant named Bernadine, with whom I began discussions on February 11th. It is appalling to state that the phone lock was justified. Your collections department issued a phone lock on a mobile number that WAS NOT in arrears!
I have always upheld my obligations and have been in good standing with you since the beginning of our contractual agreement. This situation reflects a troubling level of incompetence and disregard for me as a client. We visited numerous Vodacom stores that could NOT assist us because we were not in arrears. We ended up purchasing data, as the staff believed the issue was related to Samsung's software. It has been frustrating to spend money on data when, in fact, the problem was on your end.
What exactly are your processes? How can a client who pays their bills still have a phone line locked by your collections department? Who authorized this action? What was the reasoning behind it? What will the recourse be for the inconvenience caused?
How is this matter being dealt with? Kindly provide clarity on how you can deduct money on the 3rd of February from my account and STILL lock one of my phone lines on the 11th of February?
What is going on here?
