THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many times do I need to phone and complain until someone phones me back? Vodacom owes me R599 worth of Data. Just because their system doesn't show it (because it's obviously a mess) they sent me a simple sms telling me I am in the wrong and the problem has been resolved even though I have proof of payment. After I called them on this they sent me another SMS saying they will phone me back, guess what... VODACOM NEVER PHONES BACK.. NEVER. I've been told that I will be phoned back a total of 5 times now.. NOTHING. Pathetic!

Vodacom phoned me back this morning and reloaded my 10GB bundle. I'm satisfied that the service consultant was helpful and of a good attitude.
