THE WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

Good day people i am so disappointed with vodacom as my cellphone that i had on contract with vodacom had been ****** last year , i have been to a police station to make out the affidavit as requested and had emailed all the necessary documents through to vodacom twice , there had been no response whatsoever since i sent through the second email , up to date the contract has been paid but still no response this is the worse service i ever received from one of the service providers. I would not advice any other person to take out a cellphone contract with vodacom as their service is poor.
