The world worst cellular network

Tips to live by:

=Don't ever get a contract with Vodacom

=If you have a Vodacom sim swap it now.... you can get so much more and do so much better

=Stay away from the color red unless you drink coke or support EFF

=Get your kids, wife, mother, father, grandfather, stepfather, friend, ex-boyfriend or anyone you love off Vodacom it will save them money and reduce the headaches.

A lot is said by Vodacom "SA’s Best Network" I find it hard to believe that they feel confident saying that.

1 Data bundles are expensive: the most expencive data costs in South Africa (telkom has the best deals and good reseption, Cellc is a close contender with bundles that can be carried over *why doesn't vodacon learn from this*)

2 Service is less then perfect: spoke to the call center agent and all I got was "I dont know mamm, its the system mamm",

3 Resolution time is weak: I was moved from department to department with no one taking accountability., 4 unrealistic expectations are set,

4 There is no transparency: I asked about my contract balance and the lady on the other side kept on telling me she can't see the other amounts, I asked her to email it to and she directed me to another department.

Data bundles with vodacom are very expensive*oh I said that already*... I have two balances and vodacom is now spending the one that expires in October instead of using the one that expires next week. That means by next week I will not have my 3gig.
