The word pathetic does not even begin to describe how horrible vodacom is

They really do not even deserve 1 star!!!! I cancelled all my contracts with them a year ago already after spending literally hours with them on the phone. I went to their shop in Jeffreys Bay where I was told they can not help me and that I have to do it over the phone. After pressing a thousand numbers before you actually finally get connected a very rude lady assisted me. I asked her over and over if she is sure all my contracts with vodacom is cancelled and she assured me that it is. Now I found out through the credit bureau that I have missed payments on a vodacom contract which is nowover R2000 already!! I have not been contacted by vodacom once since my contracts were cancelled. Worst service with incredibly rude and uninformed staff. Stay very far away from this company.
