The walking dead - at Vodacom

Why is Vodacom so useless? What is the matter? Does Vodacom have staff? Are they actually at there desks working? What is going on? Are we missing something here?

I have send so many mails tried to call so many times and I am just not getting what I need from Vodacom... no one is either helping or responding or actually answering when I request.

The only department that actually works at Vodacom is the Sales department, but they are useless when it comes to taking after sales issues and obviously this legal issues.... the legal department is also even more useless...

If I did this to my clients I would not have business...

I will take this to my lawyer and discuss this matter so that we can take this to court.
