Honestly vodacom you do not even deserve the 1 star i am forced to give you!!!

Your agents are unreliable and *************!!!

You refused to cancel agreements(which were on month to month at the time) talked us into migrating to smaller packages, which you did, all the while refusing to cancel.

Next time we speak you claim an outstanding amount due, for aome or other BS... Then you confirm if that amount is paid then the agreements will be cancelled, and i pay.

Next month when we speak, your (probably instructed to do so agents pull the same stunt).

They do not cancel the agreement, they claim another outstanding BS amount of money, and confirm that if THAT amount is paid, the contract will be cancelled, i foolishly pay, and you smile all the way to the bank without cancelling.

My wife who is one of the account holders has since passed and you are still refusing to cancel, and claim outstanding monies due which is absolute BS.

I REFUSE TO BE TAKEN ON ANOTHER RIDE ON THE VODA**** BUS!!! YOU ARE RUNNING A CIRCUS AND I WILL NOT BE YOUR CLOWN!!!

This is the last time i will afford you the opportunity to resolve this B.S. and if not, i will take this matter further!!

Reading your reviews, doesnt give me much hope, but i will be courteous to you, unlike the way you have treated pensioners who have been customers for probably 30 years and not having ever missed a single payment!!!

Please feel free to reply openly to this complaint!!(I note you like to reply privately to complainants, but i actually feel that everyone is entitled to hear how greasy your operations have become!!!)
