The Vodacom Maze

I have been struggling from the 9 Feb to port my number from Vodacom to MTN. I never had any issues with Vodacom, but I never needed their help, now that I do there is none. Vodacom have a sea of call centers each one either unable to help or blame the next. The popular responses are \My system doesn't allow me to see your details\" or it is the new system at fault, best: \"I will escalate it and it will be attended to in 24 hours\".
They also promise to phone back and give feedback, and only one person did (I was in shock that day and got a bit of hope)

Today I am unable to use my phone, it seems to be suspended.
Here are some of the responses, please keep in mind I have phone numerous times. There is actually a limit for you to phone for help in a month! even if the problem is not sorted.
1. CustomerCare phone - We will escalate the matter!
2. CustomerCare email - We will escalate the matter!
3. Online Chat - No response
4. Cancellations - Our job is done, because you are now on Prepaid (after days of fighting)
5. Porting - Sorry cannot help
6. Accounts - Sorry cannot help
7. Outlet Mall@Reds - Sorry cannot help - I can write a review just on their service

I dont know what to do"
