The vodacom bot...sigh!
Why is it that you are unable to speak to an actual human being when calling customer care? Why do they let you speak to an automated bot...? We are adults not kids, i cannot explain an issue i have with my phone to a robot, what is vodacom trying? This robot gimmick is the dumbest thing ever, i would rather speak to a consultant who doesnt know what he/she is doing as i have been doing with vodacom customer care for more than 20 years. Being pathetic was fine, now vodacom has reached a new low, and dont get me started on their useless android app, vodacom may as well get into politics as they are as useless as...
