The top pathetic company in South Africa is Vodacom!!!

Again, A request was sent to try change 2 numbers on my account, Firstly, zero feedback, secondly, I must call the call centre, How should I do that when your tower in our area has been off for 6 weeks??? This company gets more pathetic as time goes by!! If i emailed for an upgrade i would have been called in 5 minutes or emailed. But outside of new sales you dont stand a chance in Hell to get helped!!!
