The struggle continues

I have been recharging several times and not been getting talking points. On complaining , only the points from the last recharge were updated and not the previous ones. The consultants are more interested in conning me than assisting me. May I please have the points that aer DUE to me updated , IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?
