THE SO CALLED BEST NETWORK IN SOUTH AFRICA

Ive been a loyal customer of vodacom for as long as i can remember and its sad to say that as time went on their service has only gotten more and more poor. In an attempt to stop scores of people from moving to Mtn from vodacom, vodacom tried to counter Mtn's 50gb Friday deals by coming up with a 20gb deal but only on new contracts or upgrades. Fortunately i had 4 contracts that were due for upgrade but others weren't due and i needed more data lines so i took out 3 new lines so thats 7 lines and i've got many more too. the contracts were taken in the second week of January and the airtime was loaded almost instantly but we were told to wait for the data to be loaded. On 30 January 2017 only 2 of the 7 lines had the data loaded on them the 5 others still didn't have the data loaded. During the course of February after many many calls to Vodacom eventually another 4 lines were loaded with data i am still awaiting 1 line that needs the data to be loaded on. On the 8 February Vodacom said that they will investigate about the data on the 9th i got an sms stating that the problem was resolved but still no data. The consultant insisted that its been resolved on their side so a few days later i again tried calling. On the 15th February i came across a bit of a compatent consultant who said that the data was loaded on an incorrect number of a contract which i renewed several months earlier. I explained my predicament and she put me through to the techincal department i explained to the technician my dilemma he seemed very surprised that they could slip up like that and again insisted it would be resolved. Yesterday (27 February) again i spoke to a consultant who openned up yet another referance number. Its been 6 weeks and still iy hasn't been resolved. All this from the so called best network in South Africa.
