The service is very bad, they close calls they did not resolve their technicians promise to call back but they never do, the call centre agents don't know their products, you get many different excuses with every agent

The service is very bad, they close calls they did not resolve their technicians promise to call back but they never do, the call centre agents don't know their products, you get many different excuses with every agent. They don't have an escalation procedure. They are not able to configure their ****le for over 6 months
