The Samsung / Vodacom Virus...

So I updated my Samsung Galaxy S5... and the update contained a virus...it has been sent twice to the Vodacom repair centre and they keep saying there is no problem. But you just touch the phone and it restarts... 10 minutes after my sim and SD has been inserted after picking it up from Vodacom. I should say on average fifteen times a day it ramdomly restarts cause well... maybe it felt like it. So now I am paying a lot of money for something I am not getting. Should I send it back to Vodacom? Should I resolve it with Samsung? Can't even find the corrct place to contact in this matter... After all...it was their update that contained the virus...Never again will I refer Samsung... after so many years of being a loyal Samsung customer this is what I get...
