The saga continues..

Vodacom damaged my phone and replaced it with a refurbished phone. The first time I received the refurbished phone, I found fine scratches on the back. When I inquired by the branch manager at Kenilworth Centre Vodashop,Constantine Fransman, about what a refurbished phone is,he said it was a phone that had its defect fixed. So my question was,why did it have scratches on it,he could not answer for the Advanced Repair Centre(ARC) as that is where it was sent from. Boitumelo Motsepe at the ARC was provided with this query on 7-Jan-16 and only sent read receipts to 'reply' to the emails sent. Only after phoning continuously did she phone back and ask:\How can I help you\",which means she did not even read the string of emails sent to her. She basically blamed her negligence on having so many other reports to deal with! She only BEGAN her work on 28-Jan-16. On the SAME day, the phone was sent to the Tygervalley Repair Centre. I received the replacement device on 8-Feb-16, I found that the music was not cleared, which wasn't a problem, but then to hear that the speaker sounds fuzzy? No ways!!! Do I have to wait another 3 weeks? Bare in mind, this battle BEGAN 30-Nov-15!! It's RIDICULOUS!"
