The Saga Continues

A few weeks ago I posted the post below about Vodacom; they kindly repsonded by saying someone would call me about the issue; weeks down the line, no one called, the issues still haven't been addressed:

Lazy and lazy and even more lazy staff

Hi,

I’m really tired of calling the Vodacom call centre over the same issue now ... Could somebody please explain why are false promises always being made Vodacom ********* staff?

I’ve been requesting to have caller line identity for close to a month now and I’ve called the stupid Vodacom call centre at least three times now. And I’ve spoken to a different person each time who assured me that caller line identity would be active on my account in a couple of hours now ... I’ve been through this same routine three times, so, why is this call centre so ***********?

The last time, on the 11th April I spoke to a “Belinda” at 8h25. Prior to that, I spoke to some guy who pronounced his name in such a way that I wouldn’t be able to catch it on the 9th April at 23h30. I still have recordings of these calls if it’s still unclear what all the fuss is about.

Why do we have to deal with such laziness and incompetency? Can somebody please tell me?
