The run around from Vodacom and it partners
App**** for one of Vodacom's for black had to jump through hoops to get my T.V delivered nd when I open the box the T.V is broken nd i have jump through more hoops. I have over R200 in air time nd no where 2 getting the matter resolving the matter. Is this how the future of business. Passing on liability and not taking any responsibility?

16 Nov 2022, 14:02I was advised that a consultant would give a call and the consultant gave me numbers which did not work. I send an email 2 hisense nd they advised that they do not cover physical damage once the device leaves the store. So Vodacom is giving me the run around since my contact is with them. They delivered broke device and I am getting no were with their consultant. All i want is a working television as I app**** for my contact. They did not deliver on their end.
