The right person makes a big difference

This 5 Star review is for Kamogelo Kgasoane, an excellent employee at Vodacom.

After struggling for 12months to get my phone service sorted out (simply enable CLI) - and wasting endless hours trying to get someone to help, and having to go through numerous call centers and dealing with the usual rude staff, my issue has finally been resolved.

Kamogelo resolved the issue in 1 day ! He handled the situation like a professional and communicated clearly with me and we have successfully resolved the technical issue. Kamogelo also followed up on this matter the following day to verify and confirm the outcome. In my opinion Kamogelo is a very effective and very capable person and is one of the few super star employees at Vodacom.
