the repairs department need te be repaired

I have sent in my phone for repairs, because of the phone not charging. They said the baterie was dead. I baught a new one and the phone was still nit charging. Sent it in again, collected it afterwards and the problem still occurred. I have the sent it back to the repairs department for the third time, along with my charger and both bateries and collected it and the phone still doesnt want to charge. Im living 40km from the repairs department and I need a phone to keep in touch with my clients, read and reply to emails... im sending it back tomorrow for the 4th time. This is unacceptable.
