Vodacom is such a useless service provider, they drop our calls when we call their call centers. I don't even know what to do next cos I've called on so many times to resolve my issue but no support and no assistance. I can't be paying for a data SIM that I'm not using this is daylight *******, they just want to take your money one way or another!!!! I want this data sim cancelled on my name and refunded for what has been debited. It's ridiculous that one is not able to cancel by call when the SIM card was delivered to my doorstep by call
