They lie to make sales. When you call they take you from pillar to post and end up making their issues your business. Someone renewed my contract, and of course it was an inside job because I don't understand how a stranger would pass all my security questions. They have also been charging me extra on everything (hidden costs that no one tells you about) now I need to physically go to a store and dispute this as if i did it. I need to take time off my life to sort out their ****s!!
