The problem still hasn't been fixed

This is my third time writing a review on here about Vodacom because the problem has still not been fixed. My phone has now been booked in for the 4th time. I have been to the Vodacom shop about 10 times now and I am shocked at your customer care. If you would like some history on this please see my other two complaints on here. Every time my phone has been booked in with Vodacom the problem gets worse every time. I now am using a loan phone from Vodacom. After booking my phone in for the 5th time, they've agreed to replace my phone. I received an SMS from them stating this and went in yesterday to get this new phone. When I got there yesterday I was told that they can't replace it because the credits haven't been loaded yet and I must come back today. I went back to them today only to be told they don't have the same colour phone that I originally had. They then tried to force a silver phone on me while I refused stating that my contract was taken out for a gold phone. They told me then I'd have to wait until Thursday and so now on Thursday I will have to drive all the way back o Vodacom on Thursday. Your staff seemed to have an attitude about the fact that they were now being inconvenienced. I have not even received an apology from Vodacom for the endless amount of inconvenience they have caused me. At this present stage I no longer want to have a contract at Vodacom because the service is pathetic and a month later I still sit without my phone not to mention the amount of money wasted on petrol from having to travel to and from the store. I am beyond angry. Do I need to go to social media or even email carte blanche before I get decent service from you? are you going to compensate me for the time and money I have spent because you are incapable of fixing or replacing the phone after it being booked in 5 times? I m disgusted
