The pathetic Service / Accounting / Web Site of this organisation which makes Billions

I have been a client of Vodacom for more then 20 years. I remember i used to get loads of paper statements from this company each month which i threw away as it arrived in my Post Box. I closed my Post Box 10 years ago i.e. i do not do paper. I found that i could phone Vodacom’s IVR 111 and get my account balance SMSed to me each month which i found very useful. About 1 year ago Vodacom updated this IVR system with some new totally ******* features where this account balance enquiry was discontinued. For the last year I've been paying what i think i ow on my account with Vodacom each month. Last month i had an issue with meeting my Vodacom Bill due to motor repair costs and requested a payment plan. I was told to make a payment of R2050.00 for my phone to be unlocked as they had soft locked my phone. I made this payment on due date. Come June i used this IVR feature which is now back in and had my account balance sent to my phone via SMS. The SMS said that my account will be debited with R1939.27 on the 1 July 2016. On Friday 17th June my phone was again soft blocked. I called in today to find out why i have a soft block when my payment, as informed by Vodacom, is only due on the 1 July 2016. I don't really have to explain the waste of time experienced in making this phone call. I eventually just told the call centre agent that they can do whatever they wish as its useless trying to get anything of any substance out out this bully corporate organisation. I know that all these organisations are all just as bad but its clear to me, on principle, ill be moving my cellular business to another service provider as soon as i have the time.

I see Vodacom's response does not appear on Hello Peter;
Here is the email response from Vodacom 21 June;
“The billing system automatically soft locks accounts that?s goes into arrears.
Please contact your account on ********** for any further assistance.” Regards
Allister
Here is my Response to the above;
Your BILLING SYSTEM says my account will be debited with R1939.27 on the 1 July 2016. Its the 22nd June today. Am i mad or is your billing system not working correctly? Id say until such time as you sort out your billing system as well as your pathetic web site as well as providing clients with a nice easy manner in which to receive their invoice monthly "like an SMS would be very nice" that you stop locking clients phones. And don't point me to your Call Centre agents with an issue like this as this is about Vodacom's badly designed accounting system process & not a problem with my account. I am only following instructions as received from Vodacom.
